Data Deletion

Request deletion of your personal information from Empire After Services. We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when the deletion is complete.

What can you delete?

• Your full account. We delete your profile, application data, uploaded documents, messages, and connected-account credentials. Records we must keep by law (financial, visa) are retained for the required period and then deleted automatically.
• Just the Meta-connected data. If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp Business account and want only the data we received from Meta removed (while keeping the rest of your Empire After Servicesaccount), select “Meta data only” in the form.
• A specific document or upload. You can delete individual documents from your dashboard at any time without filing a deletion request.

How to request deletion

1. From your account (fastest) — sign in, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my data, choose the scope, and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.
2. By email — send a message to privacy@empireafterservice.com from the email address registered on your Empire After Services account. Include the scope (full account or Meta-only) and any reference number we may have given you. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
3. From Meta’s Business Settings— if you connected via Meta, go to Meta Business Settings → Apps and Websites and remove the Empire After Services app. Meta forwards the deletion request to us automatically and we will process it the same way as a direct request.

Check the status of a request

When we receive your request we email you a tracking code. To check the status, open https://empireo.ai/data-deletion-status/<your-tracking-code> in your browser. Status tracking is served from empireo.ai, the umbrella brand — deletions originating on any group-brand domain are routed there.

How long does it take?

We complete deletions within 30 days of receiving the request. Most full-account deletions complete within 7 days; Meta-only deletions usually complete within 24 hours.

What stays after deletion?

• Anonymised, aggregated analytics that do not identify you.
• Records we are legally required to retain — visa records, financial / tax records, and any record under active legal hold or regulatory dispute.
• Email logs of the deletion request itself, kept for 18 months as proof we acted on your request.
