What is Empire After Services?: Empire After Services is a comprehensive platform that helps international students, workers, and migrants settle into their new city. We provide verified housing listings, settlement task checklists, AI-powered guidance, and a community network — all in one place.
Who can use the platform?: Anyone relocating to a new country. Whether you are a student arriving for university, a skilled worker starting a new job, or a migrant reuniting with family, our tools and resources are designed for you.
Is registration free?: Yes. Creating an account and browsing listings, settlement guides, and community resources is completely free. Fees only apply when you book a property through the platform.

How do I find housing?: Visit the Housing section to browse verified listings. You can filter by city, property type, and price range. Use the Map View to see listings on an interactive map, or let our AI assistant recommend properties that match your profile.
Are all listings verified?: We verify landlord identities and conduct virtual or in-person property inspections before a listing receives a Verified badge. Unverified listings are still available but have not yet completed our review process.
Can I cancel a booking?: Cancellation policies vary by listing. Check the specific listing page for the landlord's cancellation terms. In most cases, cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
What payment methods are accepted?: We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfers may also be available depending on your country. All payments are processed securely and you will receive a receipt by email.

What are Settlement Programs?: Settlement Programs are step-by-step checklists covering essential tasks such as registering your address, opening a bank account, enrolling in health insurance, and obtaining local ID. Each program is tailored to your destination country and visa type.
How does the AI Assistant work?: Our AI Settlement Assistant answers questions about local bureaucracy, documents, and daily life. It draws on verified government sources and community-contributed knowledge to give you accurate, up-to-date advice.
Can I connect with other newcomers?: Absolutely. The Community section lets you join discussion groups, attend local meetups, and find mentors who have already been through the settlement process.

How do I reset my password?: Click "Forgot password" on the login page. Enter your email and we will send a secure reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security.
How is my data protected?: We follow GDPR-compliant data handling practices. Your personal information is encrypted at rest and in transit. You can request data export or deletion at any time from your account settings. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
