1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Empire After Services ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Empire After Services provides a marketplace connecting international tenants with landlords, along with settlement assistance tools, AI-powered guidance, and community resources. We act as an intermediary and do not own, manage, or inspect properties unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • You must not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Landlord Obligations

Landlords must ensure that all listing information is truthful and up to date. Properties must comply with local housing regulations. Landlords are responsible for meeting their obligations under any rental agreement signed through the Platform.

5. Tenant Obligations

Tenants agree to pay rent on time, treat the property with care, and comply with the terms of their rental agreement. Misuse of the Platform, including providing fraudulent information, may result in account termination.

6. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Stripe). A service fee is charged on confirmed bookings. Fee amounts are displayed before you confirm any transaction. Refund policies vary per listing and are shown on each listing page.

7. Limitation of Liability

Empire After Services provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for disputes between landlords and tenants, property conditions, or any losses arising from the use of the Platform beyond the amount of service fees paid.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
