Students, not strangers
Tenants arrive through Empire Overseas Education with a confirmed university place. A request comes with move-in and move-out dates, not a vague enquiry.
One photo starts a draft
Add photos from your phone. We draft the title, description and amenities from them; you correct anything, set the rent and send it for review.
Checked in person
Before a listing carries the Verified badge we check your ID and proof of ownership, and someone from Empire sees the property. It is the badge tenants look for first.
Reply within 24h from your phone
Requests land in your dashboard. You approve or decline in one tap, and the tenant is told to expect your answer within 24 hours.
Empire stays the point of contact
Airport pickup, settling in, the question at 11pm — the tenant brings it to us on WhatsApp, not to you. You hear from us when it concerns your property.
Zero fees, rent paid to you
Listing is free and Empire takes no fee from you or the student. When you confirm a booking, the student pays the rent to you directly — by your own payment link or bank transfer. Empire never holds your rent.

Add photos
From your phone. We draft the listing from them; you correct it, set the rent and send it for review.
Get verified
Upload your ID and proof of ownership. Our team checks them, and a person approves every listing before it goes live.
Receive requests, get paid directly
Students request with their dates. You approve or decline from your dashboard; a student you confirm pays the rent to you directly, with the payment details you add. Empire stays the point of contact through the stay.
